Project 2

I took a picture of my mom cooking and doing the dishes after a Sunday morning brunch. I took this picture because my family is a very important part of my life. Eating together as a family is very important in my household, and Sunday brunch is usually a weekly tradition. Sunday is a special day for my family because of church, and we almost always have a big brunch afterwards.

I took a picture of myself on Sunday after church. My family and I were having a big brunch after church, and I was helping my mom prepare the meal. My mom and I enjoy cooking together and it is important in our relationship.

I took a picture of my brother Nick after breakfast. I like this picture because it captures my brother Nick in the moment. He isn’t expecting the picture or posing for the portrait. I took the picture of my brother Nick, also to show the importance that family portrays in my life.

I took a picture of my dad doing what he does best; relaxing on the couch with his Sunday news paper. My dad is a big news paper reader and in the picture he has the Sunday paper in his hands. My dad also has his cell phone in his hand, which he seems to be preoccupied with in the photo. My dad is always messing around with his phone so this picture definitely captures my dad.

I took a few pictures of myself acting the character of my dad. In one of the photos I’m on the couch reading the newspaper and messing around with my cell phone. In the other photo I took portraying the character of my dad, I am “napping” on the couch, which he enjoys doing after a hard day’s work. I decided to act out the character of my dad because he is an important role model in my life.

I also took a picture of my grandma. My grandma is reading in the picture, which is one of her favorite hobbies. My grandma loves to read and I wanted to take a picture that captured my grandma’s personality.

I took a photo portraying my grandma in one of my self-portraits. I am sitting on a chair, and reading a book. My family is very important to me and we are very close. I decided to act out the character of my grandma, because I look up to her and hope to be like her someday.

The final person I choose to take a picture of was Sandy. I work at Sandy’s house and help take care of her. Sandy is a very nice and happy person. In the picture Sandy has a picture that she colored in her hands. Sandy loves to color and do crafts. I took this picture of Sandy because I enjoy working with her, and enjoy her company.

The final picture that I took of myself was at work. I have my thumbs up and a smile on my face to show that I enjoy my job and the people that I work with. This picture shows that I am happy with my life right now, and the person that I currently am.
