“If you were running a photography contest, at what point would you draw the line and say ‘That's not photography anymore?’”
I believe that photography has always been whatever the photographer made it to be. The difference between the early days of photography and now is that we have computers to do what they did in the dark room. Ok perhaps we can do more and faster. I do believe that if someone entries a contest there should be rules that say an altered photo is an altered photo. Why should there be a limit to what an artist can do, if it’s in the rules fine if not then its wide open to the imagination.
