Reaction paper 7

I have chosen to tell you about Kevin Michael Snyder his landscape photographs are amazing. Kevin is from Isanti County in Minnesota and loves taking pictures of the landscape to provide all of us with inspiring visual art but also to show us all the beauty there is around us. Kevin has a good point that he makes on his site saying if everyone would pick up after themselves not just in the wild but also in the Urban Jungles we can help the land, water and wildlife flourish for years to come. He says being out in nature makes him feel alive and I think that if you look at his pictures you would feel the same way. His pictures are very dreamlike. He uses a very soft focus on the water in his pictures that you almost feel like you are on a cloud or in a dream. His ability in giving you the feeling that you are there with him in his pictures is a great gift. I love his pictures of the Bridalveil Creek which I have included. As you can see the water almost looks like a cloud with the rocks and trees around it are very crisp and clean. He also has pictures of canyons he has visited and they have a very three dimensional feeling. I say that everyone that loves the outdoors and the wild should look at this man’s website it is amazing. I will leave you with Kevin’s favorite quote:
