Reaction Paper 7

The photographer that stuck out to me is David Bowman. The reason that I choose him because of the way that he photographed the State Fair and 10,000 lakes. In my opinion the way that he made the colors kind of spin together, made it look more attracting to me. I also liked the way that he took photographs at night. My favorite image him would have to be the 10,000 Lakes #5 image (pictured below). The reason that I that I think I like this image so much is because I love the way the lighting in this image seems to get brighter the farther away you look. I also, like the angle that this image was than at. I don't think that this image would have been as good if he took it straight on. The last thing that I like about this image is the way the water is perfectly still. It doesn't even look like the water is moving at all. This image also reminds me of my families old house on the lake.
