Reaction Paper 6

I like the way Melissa took her portrait pictures with everyday settings. I especially liked the pictures of the children and how they were depicted just like children, not really posed in any way but natural in how they would act normally. Regarding Emma good for showing children in their environment, I liked the one where the 3 girls are drawing with chalk it reminded me of when my older sister and I were young. I liked in the Cellar Door Series where it showed the changing seasons with the same picture in the frame. I really didn’t care for her White Dress Project it was to me quite boring. The pictures had some good pictures just not for me. The Girl Ascending pictures were good they also reminded me of growing up with my sister and my friends. The Society Page group showed how bored some of the kids were with their dances and how much fun others were having. She had both portrait traits and landscape traits in many of her photos all in all I thought they were good.
