I chose Kevin Snyder for the MN artist that I liked best. As you can see from these 2 photos of his, he does some amazing work. I really like the water photos. It is amazing to me that it moves so fast. I think people forget what a force nature really is. In the first photo (on the left) I liked how the water looks so smooth and yet frothy. In the second photo, I liked how the light is shining on the trees about half way through the photo. This one reminds me of a magical place, right out of a book. After viewing his gallery of works, there are 42 of them, I went to read more about him as an artist. I discovered he left very little information about himself. He is not a native Minnesotan. He is from Iowa. He went to the University of Iowa, but it doesn't say for what or if he graduated. It does say however, that he went to the school of hard knocks. And he lives in Isanti county now and he takes great photos!
