The photographer I choose is Kevin Snyder. Mr. Snyder was born in Iowa City and attended the University of Iowa and the school of Hard knocks (his words).
His website is http://www.kevinmichaelsnyder.com. At his website you will find many galleries of his work. I find his waterfall pictures amazing in that they feel like you would want to go to these beautiful places. His botanicals are up-close and you can almost feel the texture of the flowers.

Whether I am on a lake, climbing a frozen waterfall perched on a rock in the middle of a raging river or just watching a sunrise to a new day, Nature and being in nature makes me feel alive. For me, Capturing these moments is a blessing and the ability to do these tasks a gift.
My goal for this website is not only to provide stimulating visual art but also to raise awareness of the treasures that surround us. If every one of us, not only in the wild, but in the urban jungle as well, would tread lightly. ( pick up after yourselves ) We can help the land, water and wildlife flourish for years to come.
As we can see Kevin is a tree hugger…way to go…save the earth save us. These are the types of photos that make me want to go and find something so beautiful to photograph.
